Realteo came to us and they were looking for a sophisticated SAAS model where it would be easier for the real estate builders in managing numerous elements across various builders which was taking way too much time. We wanted a combined SAAS web app and ERP solution that would take care of project overview, customer communication as well as inventory management. So Realteo was born : A web application that is meant to keep pace with the new requirements of modern real estate developers.

The team did not have a central platform where all project management tools could communicate about the status of each task, specifically teams internally and clients also vendors.

Solution
So, in order to tackle these difficulties head on we created Realteo which is a complete web application & CRM for real estate developers. It was a Laravel backend, accessibly via React Native on the cell phones and MySQL for data storage hosted with AWS for performance/scale.

We conducted a series of long, in-depth interviews with the client to get a better understanding of what they wanted out of their software project, and documented key workflows and details requirements.
