The primary challenges included:

  1. Discovery & Planning:

    We initiated the project by conducting detailed sessions with the Kiana Fashion team to understand their brand ethos, target market, and desired features for the e-commerce site. This was followed by extensive research into fashion e-commerce trends and competitor analysis to identify what would make Kiana’s site stand out.
